Back in 2007,
technology firm Credorax saw an opportunity to fundamentally change the landscape of traditional merchant acquiring, by using its technology assets and acumen to address the unique needs of online merchants of all sizes.
This led the company to evolve into a Merchant Acquiring Bank
specialising in cross-border eCommerce. The company now has more than 200 employees globally and operations spread across Europe, the US, the UK, Malta, Israel, Japan and China.
Acquiring and Processing Capabilities in Over 30 European Countries
While Credorax has already secured banking licenses across three continents, it currently focuses on enabling global payment service providers (PSPs) and merchants to enter into the lucrative European eCommerce market, by providing acquiring and processing capabilities in more than 30 countries in Europe.
Through the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), Credorax is a fully-fledged European commercial licensed bank and can therefore fill this much needed void for its customer and partners.
Agnostic, Pure Online Payments Player
Credorax is an agnostic, pure-player in the online payments arena. It can therefore provide solutions to every player in the market, including direct merchants, PSPs and other acquirers.
Potential partners and customers can choose from a portfolio of services - such as bank acquiring for their online card processing and/or payment gateway technology solutions - those that best meet their specific payment needs and gaps in their eCommerce ecosystem.
