France Blanchard – Shortlisted for The Payments Woman of the Year Award
France is Senior Vice President, Business Operations at Credorax. Since she joined Credorax in 2014 – and thanks to her vast experience in the payment and retail industry – France has served as a role model and mentor for many women and men at Credorax and in the industry.
France doesn’t believe in vertical hierarchy – instead, she has put in place a culture of agile collaboration built on strong leadership and a positive approach. She firmly believes that people flourish most in their professional life when they balance it out with a fulfilling personal life. She has made sure that this internal philosophy the company has adopted feeds into Credorax’s customer approach. Credorax created a division under her leadership that guides customers throughout the entire processing lifecycle. The account managers not only understand the client’s business processes and technical needs, but also match their individual cultural and personality styles. This is because France believes that the human element is what drives the technology innovation and optimization of business processes. And she always pushes Credorax to succeed. People feed off of positive energy in a working environment – it spills over and everyone benefits.
France is passionate about fitness and is also very engaged in charity work and is sponsoring a young girl in Ghana through World Vision.
Lital Bar Noy – Shortlisted for The Young Innovator Award
Lital is Credorax’s Vice President, Product. Prior to when it was popular for women to consider a career in Fintech, Lital was one of the few to recognize the dynamic world of e-payments and immediately fell in love with it and entered the field after she graduated university.
In less than a decade, she has risen through the ranks at Credorax, beginning from an account executive, through managing the sales operations department to her current role. Her extensive background in sales provides her with a deep and crystal-clear understanding of what it takes to bring the right and smart products to market based on customer demands. She bridges this gap through her strategic management role that combines the teams focused on every stage of a product’s lifecycle: starting with Professional Services, followed by Product & Innovations and finally, Product Marketing.
Everyone around her at Credorax feels her excitement and positive approach. She is a rare find, serving as a positive role model for women who want to climb the ladder in the Fintech space. She oversees a large team of both women and men and encourages all of them through supportive guidance.
Under her leadership, several initiatives were launched, including the Credorax Innovation Lab – which now serves as one of the key differentiators that fuels clients to choose the company over its competitors. Credorax’s Innovation Lab develops advanced tech solutions, leveraging Credorax’s fintech roots to address customers’ evolving payment processing issues. The initiative also allows the team to unleash their innovative and creative power and take ownership in the launch of new advanced products designed to erase customers’ pain points.
She is also an inspiration for working moms. In the past four years she gave birth to three children, while in the thick of her career. She remains super dedicated to her role in Credorax, yet never compromising on her role as a mom.
