Experience a warm welcome and full support

We know starting a new job can be a challenging time. So, when you join Credorax, we do everything we can to help you understand your role and the industry we operate in. When Keith St John, Client Relations Officer joined the company, he had a background in finance, but not in acquiring. He was given a five-week training course and an ongoing mentor to help him settle in.

“Through the guidance of the trainers we were given the tools to work with,” said Keith, “and there is even an online knowledge base which is accessible after the training.”

Choose the location that’s right for you

If you need to relocate to our offices from abroad, that’s something we help with too. Credorax offers a relocation allowance and full HR support in sorting out social security procedures and visa requirements.

Dora Ilobi, Credit and Underwriting Officer, always wanted to move abroad. After interviewing for a role at Credorax over Skype, she was offered a job and moved to start work in the Malta office. “I found the relocation process to be very straightforward and simple,” said Dora. “It was comforting for me to see HR being very practical and hands on to give me that integration into Credorax and, just as importantly, as a resident of Malta.”

Freddie Richardson joined Credorax seven years ago in an entry level Support Officer role. But through hard work, a collaborative spirit, he moved up the ranks to become VP Support Services. “I’m honored to say my efforts were recognized every step of the way,” said Freddie, “and today I’m responsible for a team of people managing our integration, client relations, network operations center and technical facilities.”

Move around and progress your career

And if you have ambitions to change role or work in a different department, those options are available to you at Credorax. Similarly, there are plenty of opportunities to move. Ilai Zammit Marmara started as Project Manager in the Solutions Team, but during a discussion with HR about his career progression it was suggested that he could move to the Financial Operations team.

“I was quite surprised,” said Ilai. “It wasn’t a role I had considered in the past…but the management side of the role felt like a step up in my career.” 

After some chats with the head of the Finance Operations team to understand the new role, Ilai went through a transition period where he handed over his old responsibilities and learnt the ropes of his new role. 

“It wasn’t easy, there were a lot of new things to learn, but a year and a half later, here I am, managing the team…I’m really happy in my role and I’ve never looked back!”
