Description

We are an established, fast-growing, Global Fin-Tech company, located in Herzliya, looking for a professional dynamic Office Administrator suitable for our

high-tech international environment.

 

Job Description 

·Provide ongoing administrative support to all employees and management at the front desk.

·Responsibilities include daily interactions with suppliers: supermarket, couriers, printers, cellular phones, car parks, office maintenance 

and more.

·Hosting guests and assisting in booking meeting rooms.

·Support company events, HR and training departments as needed from time to time.

·Provide support and backup to the executive assistant’s team, when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

·Previous experience in administration and service-oriented positions - an advantage

·Communicate accurately, politely, and diplomatically, verbally and in writing, both in Hebrew and English with all levels.

·High level English

·Full knowledge of MS Office / Outlook / Gmail

·Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced mode of work. 

·Great interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude – can easily adjust to evolving business needs at short notice.

·A natural organizer, with attention to detail, precise and thorough.

·Experience working in a global environment- an advantage.
