The Back Office Representative will be part of the Sales Operation team and is responsible for all Credorax new potential costumers
- In charge and maintain the report of potential costumers
- Initiate first contact with all inbound leads
- Working closely with the sales & marketing teams to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into new and existing verticals.
- Ensure prospects meet qualification criteria
- Update CRM to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping
- General daily tasks with connection to developing sales activities
