As a Business Automation Operations, you will play a vital role at Credorax. We are looking for an individual that can help us continually build, improve and enhance our business processes through automation.

As an Automations Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role at Credorax.

We are looking for an individual that can help us continually build, improve, and enhance our business processes through automation.

Your core role will be to monitor Credorax’s robotic systems (RPA) to verify the systems are stable and performing fast. Manage Jira (support cases) cases that might be open by end-users. And basically, become the focal point between – our internal customers, developers, TechOps, and management. You will work with Developers, Product, and other Technical teams, alongside Internal business teams to secure efficient and robust processes.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in managing production and customer-facing positions, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor production processes and Systems
  • Manage and Investigate production incidents
  • Manage production Maintenance
  • Release management
  • Coordinate cross teams’ activities
  • Read both business and technical requirement documents
  • Contributing to technical documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equal.
  • Support team leader experience – Advantage.
  • Experience as a system owner
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate new ideas.
  • Self-learning skills.
  • High level of English – Must
