Description

We're looking for a brilliant, hardworking, and super nice Help Desk specialist who loves the IT world and has high service awareness. This is an amazing opportunity to join an incredible team and experience success with us!

The Role

  • Take primary responsibility for​ Hardware installation and maintenance (Mac/Lenovo, Printers, TV, etc.)
  • Software installation and maintenance
  • Internet Lan and Wi-Fi maintenance (APs, Switchs, FW)
  • Responsible of the physical security system (VPN, Access control etc.)
  • New employee/leaving onboarding 
  • Manage users in G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Last Pass
  • Windows Active directory Management (DNS, Group policy)
  • IT procurement
  • Ticketing System
  • Putting in motion diverse IT projects

Requirements

  • At list 4 years of experience as Help Desk specialist- Must
  • Proven experience support conference rooms - Must
  • Proven experience operating Microsoft & Mac systems – Must
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience- Must
  • Network failure troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience working with various 3rd party providers – Must
  • Knowledge of Google G-suite and Microsoft Office 365
  • The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality
  • Client service is required. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, Configuration and installation of IT solutions
  • Proven experience with cloud phone systems- Advantage
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, service oriented
  • Fluent English speaker - Must.
  • A positive, high energy team player
