Description

  • Conducting searches on incoming queries and requests for information from regulators, FIAU, Police, Asset Management Unit, etc. and preparing on-time replies through e-mail and/or hard copy letters for this requests;
  • Monitor new regulatory and legal issues and identifying those that are applicable and impacting the Bank and its activities
  • Developing and endorsing internal policies and procedures
  • Preparing reports, presentations related to compliance matters
  • Conducting training on compliance matters
  • Coordinating compliance regulatory projects, conducting gap analysis, identifying stakeholders, responsible persons and agreeing deadline and following up and reporting on project development
  • Participating in Compliance Testing activities, identifying risks and mitigating measures and drafting and preparing compliance reports
  • Ensure company’s compliance over the rules on internal control, anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing and other applicable policies and procedures
  • Assisting the Head of Compliance and MLRO with mandatory reporting duties

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Compliance, ideally in the financial/payment industry or similar
  • Familiar with payment industry and AML/CFT regulations
  • Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Meticulous, attentive to details, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Certified AML/CFT specialist from a recognized institution/association is a plus.
