For our C-Level team, we are looking for an experienced personal assistant

  • Complex calendar management
  • Travel arrangement- flights, hotels, cars, agenda
  • Payments and expenses reports
  • Hosting and arranging meetings with clients
  • Working with multiple interfaces, coordinating and prioritizing needs and tasks.
  • Assistance with personal tasks.


  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew in a mother tough level
  • Experience as an executive assistant- at least 2 years.
  • High attention to details
  • Tech-savvy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Rapid self-learning
  • Time flexibility- the job will sometimes require working out of regular work hours due to the global nature of the role.
