We are a Global High-Tech company, seeking an Administrative Assistant suitable for our dynamic international environment.
- Ongoing administrative support to all staff and management at the front desk
- Logistic responsibility for all company visitors – booking accommodation and transportation, issuing security and invitation letters, issuing “Mokdan” permits
- Other administrative responsibilities include dealing with suppliers on a day-to-day basis, such as general office supplies, food & beverages, couriers, employees’ cellular phones, employees parking and everything related to office infrastructure maintenance
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings and supporting company social and training events
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Full time position from 09:00, in our office at Herzliya
- you will be reporting to the Office Manager
