Description

We are a Global High-Tech company, seeking an Administrative Assistant suitable for our dynamic international environment.

Job Description:   

  • Ongoing administrative support to all staff and management at the front desk
  • Logistic responsibility for all company visitors – booking accommodation and transportation, issuing security and invitation letters, issuing “Mokdan” permits
  • Other administrative responsibilities include dealing with suppliers on a day-to-day basis, such as general office supplies, food & beverages, couriers, employees’ cellular phones, employees parking and everything related to office infrastructure maintenance 
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings and supporting company social and training events
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Full time position from 09:00, in our office at Herzliya
  • you will be reporting to the Office Manager

Requirements

  • At least 1-year administrative experience or service-oriented positions.
  • English at a very high level (fluent/mother-tongue)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Precise and thorough
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced mode of work. 
  • Ability to stay calm in any situation,
  • Ability to adjust to evolving business needs at short notice.
  • Communicate accurately and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing in Hebrew and in English.
  • Full knowledge of MS Office / outlook / Gmail
  • Experience working in a global environment- an advantage
