We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator on Full time basis to join our dynamic team in Malta.
Our bright open-plan offices are in the heart of Valletta, Malta’s historic capital city, offering a modern, functional and welcoming environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, the responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and dealing with incoming calls
- Handling of incoming / outgoing mail including courier services
- Assist with travel logistics including booking of flights, accommodation and taxis and keep updated records and reports thereof
- Coordinate and develop our paperless office project. Actively archiving documents, creating and maintaining a log, as well as organizing logistics with our storage provider.
- Assist with ordering of stationery supplies and office amenities
- Coordinating desk set-up of new employees
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings and supporting company social and training events
- Assist with updating of sick records and attendance reports
- Any additional ad-hoc duties and errands as assigned by management.
